IST Martinique Mask

Description

A mask earns its keep by sealing on the first try, and the IST Martinique is shaped for medium to large faces that often find small masks pinch or leak. The skirt is moulded from hypoallergenic liquid silicone and fits a wide range of facial shapes, which counts on a long reef drift where a trickle of water spoils the dive. Two tempered glass lenses sit in a twin-injected sub-frame that keeps the profile slim and the colours bright. On the coloured versions the clear skirt lets light in around the edges, so the view feels open when snorkelling over a shallow reef. The black version cuts stray light for divers and photographers who prefer a darker frame around what they are watching. The quick-release buckles mount on the frame, so the strap comes off in seconds for a freshwater rinse or for packing flat in a travel bag.
