IST Pegasus Full Face Mask

Description

Biting on a mouthpiece for an hour tires the jaw and can loosen dentures, and the IST Pegasus removes the mouthpiece from snorkelling altogether. It is a full face mask in black silicone that covers the eyes, nose and mouth, with a port at the mouth where a snorkel attaches. With no mouthpiece to grip, there is no jaw fatigue on a long reef snorkel and no denture slippage. A nose pocket gives easy access for pinching the nose to equalise the ears. The multi-strap harness adjusts to fit adult heads comfortably, and a replacement T-strap is available from IST if it ever wears. The lenses are tempered glass for strength, and the silicone skirt keeps the internal volume low for a full face design. It suits adult snorkellers who find a standard mouthpiece uncomfortable or who wear dentures.
