Description

A leg that rides up leaves the calf against bare shell and the shin under a double fold, so one leg runs cold while the other stays warm; an even layer from hip to ankle is worth more than raw fabric thickness. The heel strap passes under the foot and stops that happening while a drysuit boot is being forced on, which is exactly the moment fleece bunches. These are the lower half of the K2 range in the heavier of its two Dual Fleece fabrics, breathable, warm and stretchy, chosen so the leg follows a knee bend without dragging the drysuit with it. Side pockets are fitted. Pairing them with a lighter top is how a diver trims insulation for a mild day without buying a second undersuit. SCUBAPRO rate this fabric for drysuits; the K2 Light pants are also cleared for neoprene and semi-dry suits. Six sizes run S to 3XL, with the matching top sold separately. It suits a drysuit diver building a two-piece layer.
