Description

A knife assembled from a blade bolted into a handle has a joint, and a joint is where it fails under a prying load. The Killer is forged from a single piece of stainless steel and locked at the grip by a screw knob at the end, so there is nothing to work loose. It has been in the range for years for that reason: it is easy to handle and the blade penetrates well, which is what a spearfisher asks of it. One side of the blade carries a smooth cutting edge, the other is partly serrated, and the anatomical technopolymer grip ends at the blade with a thumb tab that gives a positive purchase. The plastic sheath uses a traditional elastic band to retain the knife, with loops to mount it on a leg or belt, and two standard straps are supplied. It suits a spearfisher who wants a small, proven blade that will not come apart.
