FM2 HUD Bracket

Description

A full face mask carries no strap or skirt tab for the standard mounts to clamp onto, so without this bracket a Galileo HUD has nowhere to sit on an FM2. This bracket fixes that, and fixes it in a repeatable position, which matters because the near-eye optics have to line up the same way every time the mask goes on. Commercial, military and technical divers wear the FM2 for communications and face protection, and a wrist check inside a wreck costs attention better spent on the work; a HUD reads out on the same head position already used to look at the job. The computer it carries places a micro OLED screen at a virtual distance of about a metre in front of the eye, worked by a single push-wheel knob, and the screen tilts up on a hinge when it is not wanted. The bracket is supplied alone and is a special order item. It suits an FM2 diver fitting a Galileo HUD.
