Signal Horn Set 380 ml

Description

A horn blast cuts through fog and engine noise where a voice or a whistle fades, and the Lalizas Signal Horn Set gives an acoustic range of about 1500 m from a 380 ml gas canister. A skipper can use it to signal intentions in a busy channel or to sound off in poor visibility. On a dive boat it calls surfaced divers back towards the pickup when they have drifted down-current. Race officers at a sailing club use the same blast to mark a start sequence. The horn screws onto the pressurised canister and sounds when pressed down, and it must be held upright to work. Lalizas warns against storing the canister in direct sunlight or above 40 degrees C, so it belongs in a shaded locker. A matching 380 ml refill canister is sold by Lalizas.
