Lalizas Telescopic Boat Hook 118 to 196 cm

Description

Picking up a mooring line from a pitching deck is easier with reach to spare, and the Lalizas Telescopic Hook gives 118 to 196 cm of it. It comes from Nuova Rade, the deck hardware brand within the Lalizas group. The 30 mm pole is anodised aluminium for corrosion resistance and extends to the length needed, then locks with a quarter turn. The double-ended head is durable polypropylene, and a soft orange PVC cover on the hook adds protection and makes the tip easy to spot. On a dive boat the crew uses it to catch the buoy pennant or the shot line without leaning over the side. It also fetches a dropped fin or a drifting SMB before the current carries it out of reach.
