Description

Breathing effort is the number that separates one regulator from another, and 0.7 joules per litre sits at the low end of anything published. The Leg3nd reaches it with an over-balanced first stage, which overcompensates interstage pressure so that as the dive gets deeper and the cylinder empties, the regulator works harder to keep delivery constant. Cold water is the second brief. A permanent dry chamber isolates the mechanism from water altogether, deep external ribs act as a heat exchanger against ice, and an Auto Closure Device seals the inlet the moment the first stage leaves the cylinder. That combination answers a winter shore dive, a deep wreck where gas density climbs, and a long guided dive where cumulative effort matters more than any single breath. Two high pressure and four medium pressure ports sit in a T for clean hose routing. It suits a diver buying one regulator to keep for years.
