LEG3ND ELITE PRO PACK + ROGUE SET

This Aqua Lung set pairs the Leg3nd Elite Pro Pack with the modular Rogue. The Pro Pack carries the regulator, the matching Leg3nd Octopus, a pressure gauge and a padded regulator bag.

Both stages of the primary are over-balanced and rated at 0.7 j/L. The DIN 300 bar first stage weighs 747 g, on two 7/16 inch UNF high-pressure ports and four 3/8 inch UNF medium-pressure ports. Deep De-Ice ribs, a permanent dry chamber and an Auto Closure Device handle cold water and storage. The gauge assembly adds 260 g and the pack weighs 3350 g. The Rogue sizes its back, shoulders and waistband independently on ModLock connectors, giving 27 fit combinations from three component sizes, and its 15 litre cell carries 35 lb of lift.

The result is a gas-delivery set in which the alternate and the gauge were chosen on performance rather than on price, on a buoyancy compensator sized to the diver rather than to shop stock. Nothing in it was chosen later to fill a gap.

Sizing follows the Rogue, three component sizes, S, M and L; the rest is one size. Cylinder, computer, weights and exposure protection are separate. The wrap-around Pro HD and the entry-level Wave are the jacket alternatives. At R43,576 the set saves R10,894 on the parts bought singly.
