Description

Training fins are usually chosen too long, and the result is cramp in the arch and a session cut short. The Light is built the other way round: Cressi researched the blade length specifically to produce muscle training without causing cramps or discomfort, which is the difference between a fin that improves a swimmer and one that ends up in a locker. The short blade is a highly reactive, light material, so the kick stays agile and effective without loading the legs the way a stiff blade does. The foot pocket is anatomically designed in soft rubber elastomers and houses the foot comfortably through long pool sessions. It is designed for pool use and swim training first, and works perfectly well for recreational swimming and snorkelling. Sizes run 35/36 to 45/46. It suits a swimmer training in a pool.
