Description

Four separate lights collapse into one here: 500 lumens of white for general use, 120 of red for approaching animals that white light would scatter, 40 of blue for fluorescence work and 300 of green, which penetrates water better than any other visible wavelength and carries furthest for signalling. Switching between them is a matter of a button rather than a swap in the water, which is the whole argument for it over carrying several torches. Burn time is 2 hours, from a rechargeable 18650 cell, with the white LED at 6500K cool white. It weighs 457 grams with the cell fitted, sits 173 grams negative, and measures 55.4 mm across and 130.6 millimetres long, tested to 100 metres. A mounting clip ships in the box alongside the lanyard and spares. It suits a photographer or guide who would otherwise carry four lights.
