Description

A spear shaft stranded in rock is a specific problem with a specific answer, and most knives have nothing to offer it. The Lizard has a section of its body dedicated to extracting stranded shafts and straightening them, which turns a lost afternoon into a few minutes of work. It is an Italian-made professional multipurpose knife with blade and handle in W1.4116 martensitic stainless at HRC 55/56, a steel chosen for high corrosion resistance alongside genuine strength and hardness, which is what lets it take a properly honed edge rather than a soft one. The handle is a dagger shape designed specifically for fishing, and a mechanical release system lets the knife come out of its sheath quickly with one hand. It is 21 cm, in three colourways. It suits a spearfisher who deals with stranded shafts as a matter of routine.
