Description

Wireless tank pressure is the whole of the difference between this and the standard Luna 2.0. Gas measured at the first stage feeds the decompression calculation, which the plain model cannot do, so remaining bottom time is worked from actual breathing rather than an assumed figure and sits beside cylinder pressure on the same widescreen black and white LCD. That matters on the swim back: as the work rate climbs the figure shortens, flagging a hard leg to the shot line earlier than a pressure gauge alone would. It also removes the high pressure hose and the console on the end of it. The case is the thin oil-filled thermoplastic housing run by two buttons. Algorithm choice is Predictive Multi-Gas Buhlmann ZH-L16 ADT MB PMG or ZH-L16 with gradient factors across three gases to 100 percent oxygen, in Scuba, Gauge and Apnea to 120 metres, with PDIS and six Microbubble levels. The CR2450 is user-changeable, rated to two years or 300 dives. It suits a diver wanting gas and deco on one wrist.
