Description

On a warm-water boat dive, boots are one more thing to pack, dry and carry, and a full foot fin takes them out of the kit bag. The Avanti Superchannel FF has an orthopaedically shaped thermoplastic rubber foot pocket that wraps the instep and heel, with edges of varying thickness so it stays comfortable barefoot or over a neoprene sock through a long day. The Tecralene blade is soft enough for a beginner's kick, and its three channels still deliver a medium to high level of thrust. On a tropical reef dive it gives efficient propulsion from the first kick off the boat. On a snorkelling trip it slips on quickly at the water's edge. On a pool session for new divers, the soft blade and comfortable pocket make the first kicks easy to learn. It suits a warm-water diver or snorkeller who dives from boats and would rather not wear boots.
