Description

A worn rubber strap is the usual reason an otherwise good open heel fin gets left in the cupboard. The Mares Bungee Strap replaces it with an elastic strap that gives a secure fit and is a practical alternative to a steel spring strap. An ergonomic heel cover spreads the pull across the back of the foot, and the wide eyelet can be hooked with thick gloves on. Two extensions come in the pack to fine-tune the fit. On a shore dive it makes getting fins on in the surf zone quicker. On a cold-water dive the glove-friendly loop saves fumbling with buckles.
