Mares Dual Basic Snorkel

Description

The Mares Dual Basic is the simpler partner to the Dual freediving snorkel, with the same hydrodynamic anatomical profile, D-shaped bend and optimised bore, but without the Dual's two-softness tube. The profile reduces vibration and noise underwater, and the D shape stops the tube pressing on the temple on long sessions. Tube diameter and length are sized to empty easily and to breathe without turbulence. A freediving student on a first pool course gets the correct snorkel shape without paying for the dual-hardness tube, and a snorkeller who dislikes valves and splash guards gets a clean open top that clears with one breath. The hypoallergenic silicone mouthpiece is made for long use. It suits a freediver, spearfisher or snorkeller who wants a plain open-top snorkel at a lower price than the Dual.
