Mares LED Tank Module 2.0

Description

Reading an analogue gauge means finding it, unclipping it and bringing it into view, and the Mares LED Tank Module 2.0 sends cylinder pressure wirelessly to the wrist instead. It fits a high pressure port on the first stage and transmits to a Mares Sirius or Quad Ci, the only two computers it works with. Once associated with a computer the pair stays permanently paired, so there is no set-up before each dive. On the boat, its LED gives a quick check without looking at the computer: green above 180 bar, yellow at 100 bar and red below 50 bar. For a diver carrying a stage cylinder, the Sirius and Quad Ci read up to five transmitters, so each cylinder can carry its own module. To save battery, the flashing stops when pressure has not changed by more than 1 bar for four minutes, and the user-replaceable battery lasts over 150 dives. It suits a Sirius or Quad Ci owner who wants hoseless air integration.
