Mares Pure Wire Mask

Description

Most masks stay the colour they were bought in, but the Mares Pure Wire is built around an interchangeable bi-material frame, so its look can change with a replacement frame instead of a new mask. The soft wired section of the frame supports the skirt as the mask is pulled on, which helps it grip and settle, and the single lens keeps the forward view wide. A diver who likes matching kit can swap frames between trips, and a family buying several masks can tell theirs apart by frame colour. Replacement Pure Wire frames are sold separately in seven colourways. Both colourways have a clear skirt, with a blue and grey or a grey and yellow frame, and the view through the single lens is unbroken by a centre bar. It suits a diver or snorkeller who wants a single-lens mask with a frame that can be changed.
