Description

A jacket that squeezes the chest as it inflates is the reason many divers leave the straps too loose and let the rig wander. The Rock Pro joins its bladder to the harness so it expands outwards, leaving the chest free while the straps stay snug. The shell is 420 denier Cordura with Tyrpol reinforcement on the shoulders and pockets, and at 3.1 to 3.4 kg it is light enough to pack for a flight. Lead rides in quick-release integrated pockets, and openings in the side pockets route the octopus and console. Two low-profile dump valves, on the right shoulder and lower right, vent air whether the diver is head up or feet up. That covers a week on a liveaboard, a cold shore dive carrying extra lead, and kitting up on a rolling boat. It suits a diver who wants a durable, travel-weight jacket with the weight built in.
