Description

A jump or a crossing is where a team is most likely to take the wrong line, and a cookie marks that point without implying a direction. The Mares XR Cave Line Cookies are injection moulded ABS with rounded edges, grooves that seat the guideline securely, a flat area for a name or initials, and holes for rings or identification tags. Placed at a junction, they tell the diver behind that a line has been joined, and on the exit they confirm which markers belong to which diver. Because they can be felt as well as seen, they still do their job in a silt-out when the line is being followed by touch. Each pack contains five cookies, in lime green, orange or white, so a team can use colour to separate individual markers. Mares also make arrows for direction and markers for a specific point in the same design. They suit a cave, wreck or technical diver who needs to mark intersections clearly.
