Mares XR Flat Head Dead Bolt Screws (4 pcs)

Description

Bolting an accessory to a backplate needs a fastener that sits flush, and the XR flat head dead bolt screw was made for the holes in a Mares XR plate. Each set is an 11 mm male screw, a female flat head nut and an O-ring, sturdy and durable for all types of fixing on the harness. The flat head fits neatly into the backplate holes, so nothing stands proud to catch the webbing. Mares note they are often used to lock the fastening straps of a watertight canister. The stainless steel version fits the holes of the steel backplate, and the black version fits the holes of the aluminium backplate. Each pack contains four sets, enough to fix a canister strap, add an accessory mount or keep spares in a technical save-a-dive kit. They suit a technical diver building or modifying a backplate and harness.
