Description

Wrists and ankles are where a shorty flushes, and on a thin suit that circulation cancels out most of the insulation the neoprene was supposed to provide. The Med X uses flat neoprene insertions at both, specifically to minimise water filtration, and puts flat neoprene across the chest as well for extra elasticity where the suit has to expand with breathing. It is a monoshort with short sleeves and short legs in 2.5 mm double-lined neoprene, built for water sports and tropical seas rather than for depth. The dorsal zip is a YKK 8-pitch with a Velcro closure, which is a genuine specification rather than a generic zip, and the whole suit has been redrawn with a new pattern. It comes in men's, women's and kids versions. It suits a warm-water diver or watersports user who wants a shorty that does not flush.
