Description

Open-cell freediving suits are warmer, but they are fragile and slow to get into. Lining this one trades a little of that warmth for a suit that survives regular use: donned without soap, rinsed without ceremony, and back on a line session the same afternoon. Thickness is 3mm over the torso and 2mm through the limbs. Smoothskin seals close the wrists, ankles and neck, and a blackout zipper runs behind a flap to limit ingress. Glideskin panels sit over the shoulders and along the legs for stretch and hydrodynamics. The detail freedivers notice most is the outer back panel, a durable skin that absorbs solar heat and deflects wind chill on the surface, because surface intervals between deep attempts are where the cold builds up. The knees carry a subtle protective panel. Sizing spans X Small through 3X Large with Short lengths, black with grey chest and thigh panels. The RF Vest adds a hood and core warmth for cooler water. It suits a freediver working warm water.
