SCUBAPRO MK11 EVO / S270 + R105 Octo + Hydros Pro 2 Set

Description

A first set bought after an Open Water course often flies to its first dive trip, so a regulator boxed with its octopus and a quick-drying BCD make a practical pair. Sold as one, the MK11 EVO/S270 regulator set with its R105 octopus on a 1 m yellow Super-Flow hose and the Hydros Pro 2 BCD come at the SCUBAPRO set price, and a Compact SPG or Compact Combo 2 is optional at set price. The MK11 EVO first stage is forged brass on a double spring layout, with four high-flow low pressure ports, two high pressure ports at 15 degrees and externally adjustable intermediate pressure of 9.2 to 9.8 bar. The S270 primary pairs an air-balanced valve with a technopolymer barrel, the R105 sits in a metal housing, and the set is EN 250A certified. The Hydros Pro 2 takes a quarter of the weight out of the original Hydros Pro plate with its padded Ergo-Lite backplate, uses a fabric-free Monprene gel harness with Instant Dry Technology, and protects the dorsal weight-wing with Cordura. Its Monorail weight pockets are sold separately. It suits a newly certified diver whose first rig has to travel.
