MK17 EVO 2/C370

The SCUBAPRO MK17 EVO 2/C370 pairs a sealed balanced diaphragm first stage with the compact air-balanced C370 second stage. The MK17 EVO 2 uses a dry chamber with a twin spring layout and a dual diaphragm system, so contaminated or near-freezing water never reaches the inner mechanism, and its rib is shaped to improve heat exchange. Two high pressure ports on a 15-degree angle simplify hose routing and allow a SCUBAPRO transmitter to mount directly on the first stage.

The C370 second stage keeps inhalation effort even as depth and tank pressure change, in a fibreglass-reinforced nylon casing that packs small. Controls are a diver-adjustable inhalation effort knob, a coaxial dive/pre-dive lever for VIVA and a large purge button that can be worked in thick gloves. The system is supplied with a Super-Flow hose and a compact hi-flow mouthpiece, in either a DIN 300 or an INT 232 connection.

First stage: MK17 EVO 2, sealed balanced diaphragm, forged chrome-plated marine-grade brass, 4 high-flow low pressure and 2 high pressure ports, 860 g in INT 232, intermediate pressure 9.2 to 9.8 bar (133 to 142 psi). Second stage: C370, air-balanced. Connections: DIN 300 and INT 232.
