The MK17 EVO 2 is a balanced diaphragm first stage in forged chrome-plated marine-grade brass whose dry chamber shuts silt and cold water out of the mechanism. It weighs 797 grams in INT 232, runs 9.2 to 9.8 bar intermediate pressure and carries four high-flow low pressure ports and two high pressure ports at 15 degrees. The C370 primary is air balanced in fibreglass-reinforced nylon with a large purge, and the R105 octopus has a reversible hose attachment. The Rebel V2 wraps a 420 denier bladder around the body, with a balanced inflator, two dump valves and a sternum strap. It is a junior jacket in one size, supplied with small and large cummerbunds. It suits a junior diver training in cold, silted water.
