SCUBAPRO MK17 EVO2 / G260 + R105 Octo + Hydros Core Set

Description

A diver heading toward technical configurations needs a primary that can become a long-hose donor and a BCD with nothing extra on it, and this set supplies both. The MK17 EVO 2 and G260 regulator set and its R105 octopus are paired with a Hydros Core at SCUBAPRO's set price, with a Compact SPG or Compact Combo 2 on offer at set price. The G260's hose attachment reverses left or right, so it can be routed as the donor, and it carries metal at the inlet tube, orifice, control knob and hose connector, the four points nearest the cold. The MK17 EVO 2 is a sealed balanced diaphragm first stage with a dual diaphragm, four high-flow low pressure ports and two high pressure ports at 15 degrees. The Hydros Core strips out integrated weights and trim pockets entirely, which makes it the least bulky BCD in the bag but means it carries no ballast at all. Its 30 lb of lift, near 13.6 kg, sits in dope-dyed 500 denier Cordura. It suits a cold water diver moving toward a long-hose configuration.
