SCUBAPRO MK2 EVO / R105 + R105 Octo + Hydros Pro 2 Set

Description

A harness with no fabric has nothing to rot, and two identical second stages need one set of service parts, so this rig keeps its upkeep short. Sold together at the SCUBAPRO set price, the set combines the MK2 EVO first stage, an R105 primary and an R105 octopus on a 1 m yellow Super-Flow hose with the Hydros Pro 2 BCD, and a Compact SPG or Compact Combo 2 is optional at set price. An Ergo-Lite backplate 25 percent lighter than the original Hydros Pro plate carries a Monprene gel harness and a double-coated bladder with Instant Dry Technology, so it comes out of a bakkie close to its dry weight. It dumps from any position, and the Super Cinch 2 band takes aluminium or steel cylinders. The MK2 EVO is a downstream piston in chrome-plated marine-grade brass with an oversized piston and a removable stainless steel orifice, certified to EN 250A for extreme cold, and the R105 hose attachment reverses for sidemount, pony or deco cylinders. The BCD ships without its Monorail weight pockets, which are sold separately. It suits a diver or dive school wanting low-upkeep gear that packs light.
