SCUBAPRO MK25 EVO / A700 + R105 Octo + Hydros Pro Mens Set

Description

The valve seat is the part of a regulator that ices first, so this set pairs the metal-cased A700 with a Hydros Pro rated for water down to minus 2 degrees Celsius. The MK25 EVO/A700 regulator set, its R105 octopus on a 1 m yellow Super-Flow hose and the Hydros Pro Mens BCD are sold together at the SCUBAPRO set price, and a Compact SPG or Compact Combo 2 can be added at set price. The A700 metal casing and valve housing pull heat from the water through to that seat, so cracking effort stays steady as a cold dive passes forty minutes. It weighs 265 grams, rates 0.5 joules per litre for work of breathing and flows 2000 litres per minute at 200 bar. The MK25 EVO is an air-balanced flow-through piston with five low pressure ports on a swivel turret and XTIS insulation. The Hydros Pro lifts 180 newtons in M, L and XL and carries 2 by 4.5 kg of buckle weights. The MK25 EVO is a piston stage and is not environmentally sealed. It suits a diver breathing hard in cold water who wants the flagship second stage.
