Description

Heat pulled through a metal case reaches the valve seat, and the valve seat is the part that ices first and takes the whole regulator with it. That is the entire argument for the A700's metal casing and metal valve housing, and it is why cracking effort stays steady as a cold Cape dive drags past forty minutes. It weighs 265 grams, rates work of breathing at 0.5 joules per litre and flows 2000 litres per minute at 200 bar, with a micrometric inhalation knob, a realigned VIVA lever and a super high flow exhaust behind them. Its mass sits in the mouth rather than swinging on the hose. The MK25 EVO is an air-balanced flow-through piston in chrome-plated marine-grade brass with five low pressure ports on a swivel turret, two high pressure ports and XTIS insulation. The R105 octopus carries its own dive and pre-dive switch. It suits a diver breathing hard in genuinely cold water.
