SCUBAPRO MK25 EVO/G260

Description

A second stage that fits either way round means a technical diver never buys a mirror-image part, and that is why this pairing turns up in long hose routing. The G260 reverses its hose attachment left or right, passes 1800 litres per minute at 200 bar against a maximum low pressure of 14 bar, and uses metal for the inlet tube, orifice, inhalation control knob and hose connector, the four parts most exposed to icing. Metal there conducts heat toward the point where ice forms first, which puts a Cape winter dive inside the working range. The air-balanced flow valve is chrome-plated brass and a large diaphragm carries the sensitivity the G250 range was known for, with a super high flow exhaust cutting effort on the way up. The VIVA lever prevents free flow in cold water or when the G260 hangs as an octopus. The MK25 EVO beneath carries XTIS insulation and seven ports. It suits a technical diver routing hoses to a plan.
