Moby 5 Trolley

Description

Wheeled dive bags fail in two predictable places: the wheels break and the bag becomes dead weight, or the handle bends and cannot be pushed. The Moby 5 answers both. Its wheels are large diameter and, unusually, removable and replaceable if one breaks, which turns a trip-ending failure into a spare part. The pull handle is reinforced, telescopic and fully retractable, and supporting rods in the back hold the bag upright rather than letting it topple every time it is let go. Capacity is 115 litres in 300/400 denier fabric that is light for its strength. The main compartment opens on three sides, so kit is lifted out rather than dug for, and there are two bellows front pockets, two side pockets sized for fins, padded backpack straps that stow in their own pockets when wheeling, and two carrying handles. Zips are YKK. It suits a diver who travels often enough to want a bag that can be repaired.
