Aqualung Modlock Trim Pockets

Description

A diver who finishes every dive feet-low is usually carrying the right total weight in the wrong place, and no amount of ditchable lead at the waist will fix it. Trim pockets move a small part of that weight higher up the rig, which rotates the whole body flat without adding a gram to the total. These are the ModLock trim pockets for the Rogue system, attaching through the same connectors as everything else rather than needing threading onto webbing. The weight in them is not ditchable, which is deliberate: trim weight that can be dumped is trim that can disappear at the worst moment, leaving a diver both light and badly balanced. Two or three kilos moved up the back is usually enough to change a dive completely. That answers a diver fighting their trim, a change from wetsuit to drysuit, and a rig being tuned properly for the first time. It suits a Rogue owner correcting a feet-heavy trim problem.
