Apeks MTX-RC 1st Stage DIN

Description

A diver rebuilding a rig around second stages they already own needs the first stage on its own, and this is the MTX-RC head without the hoses and second stage. It is the part that does the cold water work. A sealed dry chamber keeps water off the spring and an unfreezable end cap stops ice forming where it would hold the valve open. On a twinset build a second MTX-RC head turns an existing single cylinder set into a manifolded pair. On a stage or deco cylinder it feeds a dedicated regulator without buying a whole new set. On an expedition a spare first stage is the part that keeps a trip alive when one floods. Seven ports on a rotating turret, two high pressure and five medium, route hoses at the angle the rig needs. It suits a technical diver adding cylinders to an existing MTX-RC setup.
