UC-50 Multi Battery Charger for LI-50B

Description

Check which cell the camera actually takes before ordering. The LI-50B and the LI-92B are different batteries and neither charger will accept the other's, which is the single mistake worth avoiding here. This one is for the LI-50B, the cell used across a range of older Olympus and OM System TOUGH and Stylus compacts, so it is the charger for that generation rather than for the current TG-7. It runs on 100 to 240 volts AC, covering mains supply anywhere without a voltage converter, and will also charge over USB with the optional F-5AC adapter. A full charge takes approximately 3.5 hours, with an indicator light showing status through the cycle, so a cell that has not taken charge is obvious before a trip rather than at the water's edge. The body is compact enough to travel in a camera bag. Batteries are sold separately. It suits an owner keeping an older Olympus compact in service.
