NERD 2 DIVECAN MONITOR (5-PIN)

Description

A rebreather diver who looks down at a wrist to read a setpoint has taken their eyes off the loop, and the NERD 2 DiveCAN Monitor removes that habit by floating the whole display in front of one eye. It hangs off the loop on a mount sized for 55 to 61 mm hose, so on a long cave push the diver reads PPO2, ceiling and bailout gas without moving. On a deep trimix dive in poor visibility the near eye optics stay legible where a wrist screen disappears. On a working dive with hands full of reel or camera, nothing has to be lifted to check the numbers. It reads one or three oxygen sensors live over DiveCAN, in Standard, JJ-CCR and O2ptima versions to match the unit already on the diver's back. It suits a closed circuit diver who wants the loop and the numbers in the same field of view, and the Ballistic Nylon Carrying Case for NERD 2 protects it in transit.
