NERD 2 MONITOR (4-PIN)

Description

Rebreather units built around a 4-pin head have no path to a wrist computer without an adaptor, and the NERD 2 Monitor solves it by connecting directly and putting the loop data in front of the diver's eye. On a deep bailout drill the PPO2 from one or three cells sits beside the open circuit gas plan, so the decision is made without changing where the diver is looking. On a silty cave exit the near eye display stays readable when a wrist screen would be lost in the cloud. On a long stage decompression the ceiling and stop times run in view while both hands stay on the line. The armoured body is rated to 300 metres and the mount fits a 55 to 61 mm loop hose. It suits a closed circuit diver on a 4-pin unit who wants a hands free primary display, and the NERD 2 Charging Clip is the spare worth keeping in the save-a-dive kit.
