O'Brien Lightning Valve Cap

Description

A missing or worn valve cap can stop a tube holding air, and a tube that sags halfway through a day on the water is no fun for anyone. This is the replacement cap with washer for O'Brien towable tubes that use the Lightning Valve inflation system. The washer is included for a proper seal, and the bright green cap has a built-in tether that keeps it attached to the tube instead of drifting away in the water. It is a direct replacement made by the tube's manufacturer, and the bright colour makes it easy to spot on the tube and in a gear bag. It is designed for newer tubes with the Lightning Valve; older tubes may use a different valve, so the valve type should be checked before ordering. It suits owners with a lost, cracked or worn cap, or a tube losing air around the valve.
