OMS Public Safety Harness with Weight Pockets

Description

Rescue and recovery divers work where kit gets hauled, dragged and lifted, and the OMS Public Safety Harness is built for that load, with stainless steel hardware able to lift a total of 600 kg. A lift ring at the shoulder yoke lets the surface team pull a diver straight out of the water, and the quick-cinch waist strap speeds up kitting when a call comes in. The stainless steel backplate adjusts for torso length to fit divers from about 1.65 m to 2.08 m tall, so one harness can serve a whole team. Weight pockets carry up to 6.8 kg (15 lb) a side, and a 2 inch crotch strap with a sewn DPV ring is included. The harness takes open circuit or surface-supplied gear, works with every OMS wing and fits the Interspiro system with the optional rail attachment. It suits police, fire and rescue dive teams, and any diver who wants a harness built for heavy lifting.
