OMS Small Trim Weight Pocket

Description

Fine-tuning trim often comes down to a kilogram in the right place, and a small pocket on a cylinder band or harness strap puts it there. The OMS Small Trim Weight Pocket holds up to 2.3 kg (5 lb) of lead and mounts on any 2 inch webbing, either upright or across. Threaded onto a nylon cam band, it moves weight higher up the cylinder to lift the legs of a diver whose fins pull them down, a common problem in a drysuit with heavy fins. Fitted to the harness webbing, it carries a small amount of lead where a full weight belt would be more than the dive needs. The flap closes with hook-and-loop over the lead, and the body is heavy-duty 1000 denier nylon that takes the scrape of a boat deck. Lead is sold separately. It suits a diver chasing flat trim or adding a little weight without a belt.
