The OrcaTorch D630 V2.0 is a canister dive light built for cave diving, wreck diving, and other technical diving activities, delivering up to 4600 lumens from five CREE LEDs through a tight 7° focused beam. A 1.2m angle-adjustable cable supports both 90° rear mounting and 180° side mounting, suiting the light to both backmount and sidemount configurations. Runtime on the brightest setting runs to around 4 hours 20 minutes to 5 hours, extending to over 20 hours on the lowest setting, with three power modes in between. If battery level drops below 10%, protection circuitry automatically activates a 120-lumen emergency mode for approximately 5 hours.

Power comes from a large-capacity 7.4V, 89Wh rechargeable battery pack, which doubles as a power bank when removed from the light. Construction is A6061-T6 aluminium with a Mil-Spec Type III hard-anodised finish, and toughened glass lenses are fitted on both sides. Depth rating extends to 150m. The V2.0 update adds a reinforced, abrasion-resistant cable and an upgraded locking switch, held for 5 seconds to lock and unlocked with a double-click. An LED battery indicator shows charge status, and the light ships with a carrying bag.
