H02 Camera Tray

Description

Buying a tray, a handle and a clamp separately is how a simple camera rig becomes an expensive one. The H02 arrives as all three: a mini base tray, a quick-release handle and a ball joint clamp, sized for GoPro, DJI Osmo and other action cameras, with the GoPro bracket already included. The tray measures 160 by 55 millimetres and the handle 155 millimetres, releasing without tools so the rig packs flat rather than travelling assembled. What the clamp buys is a light that is aimed once and stays aimed, instead of being nudged back into position through a dive, and a frame gripped in two hands rather than one steadies the footage before any stabilisation is applied. A ZJ18 ball joint bracket, sold separately, puts a torch of 23 to 27 millimetres such as the D530V or D710V MK2 on the arm. It suits a diver assembling a lit action camera rig from one purchase.
