ORCA7 3000 Lumen Torch
The OrcaTorch ORCA7 is a compact, palm-sized dive light delivering up to 3000 lumens through a focused 6° beam, built for scuba diving, night diving, low-visibility signalling, and as a backup light for technical divers. At 130mm long and 125g without battery, it's one of the lighter torches in its output class, reducing hand fatigue over longer dives compared to bulkier primary lights. The tight beam angle favours distance and contrast over wide-area coverage, making it better suited to signalling, navigation, and spotting marine life in crevices than flood lighting a scene.
Power comes from an OrcaTorch 21700 5000mAh lithium-ion battery, charged via USB-C from any standard power source, including power banks and car chargers. The battery is removable and can be swapped without tools by unscrewing the head by hand, letting divers carry a spare for longer trips or back-to-back dives. Runtime on the included battery is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes on High (3000 lumens) and around 3 hours 40 minutes on Medium (800 lumens). The torch includes an SOS mode alongside its standard brightness settings, and a side-switch lock function, engaged with a 5-second hold, prevents accidental activation during transit or storage.
The body is machined from A6061-T6 aluminium alloy with a hard-anodised finish, built for corrosion resistance and durability in marine conditions. Depth rating extends to 150 metres, well beyond typical recreational diving depths, giving an additional safety margin for divers who dive shallower. A dual-sealed structure with double O-rings supports this depth rating.

Yes, all the scuba gear we sell is covered by the manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period varies depending on the brand and product. If you experience a warranty issue, please contact our customer support team with your order number, details of the issue and any supporting photos or videos. We offer straightforward shipping within South Africa. For all orders under R1000, a flat rate of R150 will be applied. The good news is that shipping is free for all orders of R1000 or more!
