Snoot for D530V/D710V

The OrcaTorch Snoot is an accessory built to attach to the D530V and D710V video dive lights, condensing a wide beam into a narrow, focused column for macro and super-macro underwater photography and videography. It's aimed at photographers using a continuous video light in place of a strobe, where controlling exactly where light falls matters more than overall flood coverage. Fitted to either light, the snoot reduces backscatter, spotlights a subject precisely, and can create a rim-lighting effect behind small macro subjects for added contrast.

The snoot consists of two parts, allowing the beam to be narrowed further or opened up depending on the shot, with the upper section housing a lens that focuses the light passing through. It screws on and off the light head, so a diver can switch between wide-angle lighting and a tight snoot beam within the same dive without needing a separate light or additional gear. Construction is aircraft-grade aluminium with a diamond-grade, hard-anodised, seawater-corrosion-resistant finish, matching the build quality of the lights it's designed for.

This snoot is compatible with the D530V and D710V, including the updated D710V MK2, and should be confirmed against the light's head thread before ordering, as compatibility depends on the specific generation of light owned. It's sold as an accessory only and does not include the dive light itself.
