PERDIX AND PETREL SCREEN PROTECTOR KIT

Description

A scratched lens is the one kind of damage on a dive computer that cannot be polished out, and it usually happens topside rather than underwater, on a boat deck or in a bag against a cylinder valve. This kit is PET film cut to the large Perdix and Petrel screens. On a liveaboard where computers live in a shared crate between dives, the film takes the marks instead of the glass. On a shore dive from a rocky entry it survives the scramble that a bare lens would not. On a resale years later the screen still reads clearly, which is where the value shows. The film is self adhesive, goes on without tools and peels off cleanly when it is time to replace it. It suits any Perdix, Perdix 2, Perdix 3, Petrel 2 and Petrel 3 owner, and it costs a fraction of the screen it protects.
