PEREGRINE PROTECTIVE CASE

The Shearwater Peregrine Protective Case is a moulded silicone cover for the Peregrine and Peregrine TX, cut to those housings rather than sized generically. It takes the scratches and knocks that a computer collects on a boat deck, on ladders and in a packed gear bag.

The case wraps every side of the computer and stretches into place without tools, holding its fit once seated. Cut-outs line up with the display and both buttons, so nothing is obstructed with the case on. The silicone is light enough not to change how the unit sits on the wrist, resists salt water, and comes off easily for rinsing and drying.

The result is a computer that keeps its resale value and its readability. Most of the wear on a recreational computer is cosmetic damage to the case sides from handling rather than anything that happens underwater, and that is exactly what a fitted cover stops.

Colours are black, grey and white. The case fits the standard Peregrine and the air-integrated Peregrine TX, and does not fit the Perdix, Petrel, Teric or NERD, which use different housings. It covers the body only and does not protect the display lens; Shearwater's Peregrine screen protector kit covers that separately.
