Description

A pistol grip aims the way a hand naturally points, which makes it the fastest handle to use and the most tiring to hold for an hour. That trade is the whole decision. For a video rig lifted to the eye, a search light swept across a wreck or a survey where the beam is constantly re-aimed, the immediacy is worth it, and the grip gives far more control over where the light lands than a handle strapped to the back of the hand.
