2 L Aluminium Cylinder 200 bar

Description

Some jobs on a technical rig call for a small cylinder of its own, kept apart from the main breathing gas. This Polaris aluminium cylinder has a 2 litre capacity at 200 bar, has an M25x2 neck thread and measures 102 mm across and 400 mm tall, weighing about 2.6 kg. Tecline list it in black and sell it as a cylinder only. On a cold inland dive it becomes an argon supply for the drysuit once a valve such as Tecline's M25x2 argon valve and an argon regulator are fitted. A single-cylinder diver on deeper reef dives can rig it as a compact pony with a suitable valve and regulator. It also suits a sidemount diver who wants a small separate suit supply. The valve, regulator and mounting are sold separately, and valve fitting is work for a qualified cylinder technician. It suits a diver building a small argon, pony or suit inflation cylinder.
