Description

Divers new to closed circuit rebreathers, and those who simply prefer a BCD to a wing, can find the change easier with the Poseidon Rebreather BCD, which Poseidon designed to make the move into rebreather diving as trouble free as possible. Poseidon describes it as the first of its kind, with integrated exchangeable counterlungs, an integrated weight system and the Poseidon individual patch system for personalisation. It is built from ballistic nylon, with YKK zippers and hand crafted detailing. During rebreather training in the pool or confined water, the jacket-style fit feels familiar to a diver coming from open circuit. On a busy dive deck, patches make a rig quick to identify among others. Buoyancy depends on size, with 110 N in size L and 140 N in size XL. Adapters to attach the BCD to the rebreather are sold separately. It suits a Poseidon rebreather diver who prefers the fit of a BCD to a wing.
