Description

A continuous webbing harness has to be wriggled into; releasing one TEK LOC shoulder opens this one enough to shed it on a heaving deck or hand it up a ladder. That is the trade the PRO makes, swapping continuous webbing for individually adjustable shoulders and moulded Monprene padding, on a steel plate that puts ballast on the centre line so less lead rides on the waist. Buckles and D-rings slide up or down the webbing to suit torso length, and the pads spread the load of a steel plate and a twin set rather than concentrating it along two webbing edges, without soaking up water or adding buoyancy. Six D-rings are fitted: two pre-bent on the shoulders, two on the waist and two on the crotch strap. The 3D formed plate carries EVO Angle webbing slots, recessed sockets with S-TEK Ergo Nuts, a rationalised hole count, aligned webbing bolt holes, trim weight mounts, an argon point, a light canister mount and a carry handle. It suits a cold-water technical diver wanting an adjustable harness.
